Thomas is currently working on a concerto for lithophone (limestone xylophone) as part of the Quarry Arts project ‘Song of the Sea that Was’. Actress Kathryn Pogson narrates an account of the forming of the earth and the beginnings of the oceans.

The premiere takes place on 22 June as part of the Grassington Festival.
